Aquebogue Abstract Corp. is an independent agency authorized to issue title insurance policies underwritten by nationally known and respected title insurance companies. Your policy is produced on the title insurance companies' forms and is registered with them.

Kenneth Zahler began working in the title insurance business in 1974. Upon observing how other title agencies and companies conducted business he recognized a need for a company that provided service to meet the needs of busy practicing attorneys.

In 1985, he established Aquebogue Abstract Corp., and dedicated it to providing the very best personalized service possible.

Our examiners and tax searchers in the county center, our field people who do our inspections and municipals searches, our readers, clearance officers and secretaries all share this commitment. At the closing our closers are expected to be knowledgeable and courteous as well as answering any questions you may have regarding your title insurance.

Our title examinations are generally conducted on Long Island, N.Y.C., and Westchester. For regular clients we will arrange for title examinations wherever needed.
